Adding things to the WordPress Dashboard

Hi Guys,

I have this pretty cool plugin that keeps track of my leads and displays a nice pie chart showing where they came from and how many leads I have earned to date. In order to see this though, I have to click on the leads management plugin tab on the left side.

I was wondering how I could display this information on the WordPress dashboard, so I could see the pie chart and whatnot as soon as I log into WordPress. (It’s so the leads information is easy to use/understand for my dad who get’s confused easily)
