Adding this plugin definitely boosted my conversions

After setting up the site, I was working with forms to get my leads in. I just heard of the whole chatbot thing and tried it. It definitely worked. I am getting 10+ leads compared to when I was using forms.

Their support was helpful and the help docs had precise information to what I needed. A simple solution to my problem. Looking forward to more features.
