Adding to all shop items

    Hi, I have set up my clients website will a Sub-Category (Rings) and then multiple Products (Wood Rings, Couples Rings etc) place within the Sub-Category. I would like the size guide to show on all products so set the ‘Assign-Category’ to the Sub-Category ‘Rings’ hoping that would populate all categories within. But alas, it didn’t work.

    Is there a way to add the size chart to all products without ‘Assigning’ each category seperataly. I’m hoping to hand the site off to the client and don’t want the extra step when they add a new product.

    Hi,

    Thanks for reaching out to us and sharing your requirements with us.

    We understand that you need to assign the product size chart for the subcategories once you have assigned the parent category.

    The current plugin flow requires you to select categories including subcategories where you want to assign the size chart, as we already have a multi-selection feature.

    We appreciate that you shared your requirements with us, but we were unable to fulfill them in our current plugin version. However, an alternative is provided by selecting multiple categories.
