Adding to the Editor on upload

Hello.

Is there a way I can add an option to the upload page once an upload has occurred? Upon clicking on an uploaded file I am given the option to Link to the Page, File or None.

I’d like to add in an additional option that will allow me to insert a custom tag with the embedded URL to the file.

So instead of using File which send this to the editor ->
<a href='http://website/wp-content/uploads/2007/11/vide.flv' title='Video'>Video</a>

I’d like to click Video which could send this to the editor ->
[flashvideo filename=PATH_TO_FILE /]
