adding users to Group – current users not showing up

Good afternoon, I have your plug in installed and have a group created.
When adding users to this group, the users get added however when you refresh the screen it does not list which users are assigned to this group.

can you advise what might be causing this?
This is used in conjunction with BBpress forum..

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
