Adding Videos to a Post (HTTP Error)

Hi All,

I need to add an mp4 video that is just under 100mb to a post, and I cannot seem to do it. I keep getting an “http error” after it “uploads.” I’ve tried disabling all the plugins, and adjusting the php memory limit and the max input vars setting through cpanel at Bluehost. Maybe I entered the wrong settings, I don’t know. What should they be set to to accommodate a file that large?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
