Adding/creating more featured posts locations

    Hi WP Forum peoples,

    I am using the AccessPress Lite (Aplite) theme and currently it allows for 3 featured posts. I would like to add more featured posts (6 or 9, etc).

    I imagine I would need to modify the functions.php along with other files to make this possible and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas/guidance to offer.
