additional cost calculation not working since update

    Since the latest update, the checkbox cost is not being calculated in the final price. You can check the link by adding addons to the cart and directly going to the cart page by clicking the icon on the top right without filling out the form.

    Hi there,

    In the latest version nothing changed, so it doesn’t make sense that this problem is related to the latest version.

    I think it is a conflict with another plugin that is generating some issue.

    Please, try to deactivate all plugins and see if the problem disappears. If so, try to activate them again one by one and see which one produces the issue.
    If the problem is not from a plugin, try to activate the default theme Twenty Sixteen or Twenty Seventeen and see if you have the same issue.

    Also, if you have customized files in your theme, please try a fresh installation without customization.

    Remember that if you have a plugin for the cache, you need to delete the cache before disabling it.

    I have tested by deactivating all plugins except for my payment gateway, woocommerce and yith. The calculations still do not work. Kindly let me know if you would like the login credentials for testing purposes.

    Hi there,

    since I can’t replicate the issue, May I ask you to disable those plugins too?

    Unfortunately you can’t share credentials here, it’s not allowed.

    I have disabled all plugins except for yith and woocommerce. You can replicate the issue by:

    1. Go to : https://axv.9db.myftpupload.com/product/6th-7th/
    2. Tick both checkboxes. You can see that the price changes in the table
    3. now click on add to cart
    4. the cart price goes back to base price instead of the calculated price

    I am also attaching images so that you can check the same.
