• Hi,

Before I tell my problem, I have to clarify something:
    1. I’m using child theme
    2. My customized CSS in wordpress customizer.
    3. I don’t know what the cause but I suspect this problem occur after install Jetpack plugin.
    4. I have check in the database wp_posts for post types, custom_css and customize_changeset.
    5. I don’t have any backup for database

Based on my situation, I have some problem but I don’t know the cause. All of sudden, all my effort to setup in additional CSS overwrite by other CSS. I think this occur after installation of Jetpack plugin. Because no other thing I do before that.

    So, the main issue is:
    1. Why that happen?
    2. Now I don’t have backup for database, can I know if any way to restore the original additional css? I don’t want waste my time to setup again.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I think this occur after installation of Jetpack plugin.

    To verify, disable this plugin.

I this plugin turns out to be thw problem, then I recommend asking at https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/jetpack so the plugin’s developers and support community can help you with this.

Hi, I have disable that plugin (also all plugin) but seems the CSS in the wordpress customizer still unchanged. So, I concluded no revert back to original unless restore from database.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will contact the plugin’s developer later but can I mention them here or I have to open another thread?
