When Ocean Extra is active the additional css dissappears. I can click on it in the customizer; however, the box to put the css is not there. I have disabled it for now. I’ve tried on different browsers as well and it does the same thing.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @fit2death,

If you can’t see the CSS/JS section in the Customizer, it means this tab is disabled on your website. To enable it, please navigate to customizer settings in the OceanWP theme panel. Please check this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/1fc9943q.

Save changes and go back to the Customizer> Custom CSS/JS. Then you’ll have access to your content. By default, all fields are enabled.

Just for your information, we’ve added more options to the “Additional CSS” field, which is now renamed as “Custom CSS/JS”(only the name of the tab changed). So, you may be searching for the Additional CSS panel, but it is now referred to as “Custom CSS/JS”: https://postimg.cc/tY2MtVRy.

    I hope it helps.

    Best Regards

Hello, that was turned on already. The advanced css tab is there but when it’s opened there’s no box to type in. When I disable ocean extra, my css comes back. That’s the only thing I can’t get to work. And I need my custom css. I’m not sure what to do. I’ll try uninstalling and reinstalling later today and see if that works. I did it previously, and it still didn’t. I’ll add s screenshot if possible.

I apologize I kept looking in the additional css and it’s under custom css once that is activated. So it is working. Thank you for your help.
