    Hello,
I am trying out the free version. My goal is to have auto apply coupons to give % discounts to customers. I am testing applying coupon manually to the cart. Our base currency is THB. The coupon I created only has one condition, cart subtotal must be more than 16300 THB. The coupon can be applied when the user is browsing in that currency. But, if the user changes to any other currency, for example USD, even when I have more than the required equivalent in that currency ($499.89 USD) I get the Non-qualifying message anytime I want to apply the coupon.
We are using WooCommerce Multilingual & Multicurrency plugin to manage exchange rates.
I hade the exact problem with other discounts plugin. We’re kind of stuck with the currency converter, unless we make substantial changes to the website.

Or perhaps, your plugin is not compatible with other currencies? Or with our currency converter plugin?

    Thank you.

    Hi @fuertesplanet,

We do have an integration with the WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency plugin and it should work with your setup. I’ve tried to replicate it and it works fine for me: https://www.loom.com/share/eee63c52579847a8b9e543c784402b1c

I only set Cart Condition Cart Subtotal in the test coupon I applied. https://snipboard.io/Vy0RKv.jpg

Do you set any other conditions?

    Hello Fauzan,

Thanks for confirming your plugin will work with our currency converter. Is this out of the box or I need to enable any setting?

I have only set Cart Subtotal condition to MORE THAN 200 (THB). THB is the base currency and it works in base currency. Then I changed to USD, and I discovered that it is applying the discount if the number in any currency is more than 200; but not applying the discount as it should be using the converted currency amount.

Do you have any idea what could be going wrong? We have developed a custom theme, so that could be the reason. Maybe, if possible, could you give some insight of where the plugin gets the converted subtotal so I my comment that to our developer?

    Thank you.

    Hi @fuertesplanet,

You don’t need to enable anything for the currency conversion with the WooCommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency plugin. All of the conversion is done with the currency plugin. We are only fetching the converted value from them.

Could you please do a basic debugging on your website? For your reference, please read the following documentation: https://advancedcouponsplugin.com/knowledgebase/how-to-conduct-a-basic-debug-for-advanced-coupons/
