Additional Custom fields not returning data

    We are currently using “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” This plugin allows us to add additional fields to the checkout page which it does perfectly. The fields added allow the user to input data, and this data is available to view under “orders” in wordpress admin. This works perfectly when a customer pays via credit card, but when a customer pays using this plugin, the information is not shown. Now prior to posting this message, we were in contact with the author of “Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce” who took the time to check over our configuration and came to the conclusion that we need to get in contact with you guys.

    So we have established that their plugin is working, but not when visitor checks out using your plugin. I read a similar post marked as resolved, and you guys made the suggestion: “Please try unchecking skip review”

    We tried this, and it did not work. Could you guys take a deeper look into why this is happening? Do you require more information?

    We have fixed the issue and released a new update. Please update the plugin and let us know if any issues.

    We updated the plugin, tested a transaction but additional fields were not shown. The site needs to get a dispatch date from the customer, so we need to return a date back to the orders section. Currently when we add an extra field in getting a user to input a date, this isnt returned when using paypal express.

    The only fields that are accepted are default fields + the user_comment (note)

    We tested with the Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce plugin before release and it works fine in our dev sites. In order to debug it in your site, please reach us via support forum in our page and share the site details.
