Additional Fields & Taxonomies

I’ve seen, you have provided some code snippets on your website.
I know how to add additional fields to a post form but I would like to have custom post types, that I can call up by dedicated shortcode.

E.g. I establish a page with the shortcode that says, it calls up the custom post type “Rating”. So, users click the link and they will be directed to the form “Rating” to provide their input.

Then I want to have another form, lets say “Report”. I establish another page with the shortcode, that says, it calls up the custom post type “Report”…..

I think, you know what I mean. I miss simply the link between taxonomies and custom post types. I have some knowledge about coding, but that’s rather basic. Maybe you can explain better on your website by example how to do this.
