Sorry link is with courier guy disabled, then additional information is there, as soon as I enable courier guy, all additional information disappears.
Any news on the above? Can you check why attributes and additional information disappear when enabling courier guy plugin. PHP7.4, Hestia Pro, Woocommerce 4.3.1, WordPress 5.4.2, Courier Guy 4.2.0, any update would be highly appreciative, as I am building this for a client and cannot continue till this is resolved.

Did you find any information? Had to clear database transients to get information back.
Don’t know why it happens with this plugin only.

This wasn’t caused by our plugin, as we noticed the same issue if we toggled the ‘Ultimate FAQs – WordPress FAQ Plugin’ and other plugins (even when our plugin was not installed). This seems to be affected by your plugin count and the theme itself.
We have managed to get this working on your site by deactivating ‘Ultimate FAQs – WordPress FAQ Plugin’ and activating our plugin. We also disabled Lite Cache as you had WP Rocket installed. Please be advised that Hestia 3.0.4 may fixe these issues (you are using PHP 7.4)
