Additional Notification URL Parameters works incorrectly

Hello,

I’ve added several parameters to the One Signal configuration in the “Additional Notification URL Parameters” field (utm_campaign=not&utm_source=not_web&utm_medium=browser). The problem is that One Signal escapes these parameters and sends them like this: utm_campaign%3Dnot%26utm_source%3Dnot_web%26utm_medium%3Dbrowser, and our analytics tool doesn’t recognise them. It wouldn’t be too difficult to fix this issue.
