Additional Post Cluster

I would like to add an additional Post Thread to the existing WP Site I have.

For example if this could be done, when you login you’d see on the left Posts(1), and perhaps just under it another section with Post(2) along with its own set of Categories and tags.

Two areas to make Posts and having their own set of Categories and tags.

Its important for the theme.

Let me know if there is a Plugin available for this or.. if someone has some php code that could easily generate this and add the pertinent sections into the DB driving this WP cluster.
