Additional Settings? Registration Form Shows

I have the plugin activated, I also have the checkboxes selected to disable the new user emails (which work), however the registration form (Create an account) still shows.

If I change the “Show Register / Login Form?” option under Downloads > Misc. to only show the login form than the “Personal Info” doesn’t show.

I’m guessing there’s no option to have a login form in addition to this plugin?
