I am not sure why you want a shortcode for create a post – please explain why
If you want to add the option to the menu just add a link to the create post (you can copi it from the kink on the my post page) as html:
http://mysite/my-posts/?task=new
You can also add it in a text widget as html.
For edit, you can use the frontier edit option, that will allow users to edit their own posts directly from the post.
When you see my site you can fine out the “user submitted post” plugin i’m since from starting my site i’m using this

user submitted post have a shortcode for the richtext editor platform i can use any where in my page or post. what i made in my site if any new user join to my site they will redirect to their profile page. i add user submitted post shotrtcode to below their profile page also i add what i mention above mention link.

Only register member only can see the editable area in user profile page.. but still you can see the editor here
so if we have a shortcode would be awesome…..

Hi,
Frontier Post is designed differently, and what you wish for is not easy as it is now. So I am sorry, I do not plan to offer the possibility to include the richtext editor platform other than on the frontier post dedicated pages.

If you insert this shortcode anywhere in a page, the form for adding a post will be inserted
