I’m experiencing the “Additional Verification Required” notice popping up when people are trying to login – even when their account has been verified.

This appears to be a Google Captcha issue – which is why I am wondering if Captcha V2 would solve this issue on Word Fence? I know that V2 is not an option on Word Fence.

    Thoughts???

Hello @themuttfactor and thanks for reaching out to us!

You might want to try lowering your threshold in the Login Security Settings or running in test mode.

    https://www.wordfence.com/help/login-security/#captcha-options

    reCAPTCHA human/bot threshold score
You can adjust the threshold used by the captcha if it is too strict or too lenient for your site. The default value is 0.5. You can use the score history chart described below to see the typical scores for your site. If valid users are sometimes blocked by the captcha, you can set the score lower to 0.4 or 0.3 if necessary. If bots are being allowed too often, you can raise the score to 0.6 or 0.7 for example.

I would try this first before considering switching to v2.

Let me know how it goes!

    Thanks again!
