Addng a RSS XML site map Title tag.

    I am getting this for my RSS feed and comments feed. This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it.

    I think the problem is that there is no title for the title tag. I get this for both. <title>» Page not found</title>

    These site maps are being generated by WordPress I think on the xml pages. They both have this: <generator>http://ww.wp.xz.cn/?v=3.8</generator&gt;

    Assuming that is my problem and WordPress is generating the xml feed and comments feed, how and where do I change or fix this?

    I am using WooThemes Canvas and WordPress SEO by Yoast.
