Addons have disappeared

I was editing a Calendar in Appointment Hour Booking and went to #6-Addons. I selected the top Addon to show the upcoming bookings on the Dashboard. That is now there, but when I go to the Addons page on any Calendar there is nothing there. Any suggestions? I am using the free version right now.

The following are the settings area for the dashboard add-on:

If no other add-ons area enabled then no info will be displayed at the step 6 of the booking form settings. Try enabling the iCal Export add-on to get some other settings field there.
