We have a blacklist system to prevent people from flooding the server with requests. Your server’s IP might have been added by mistake. Contact us with your server’s IO and I will look into it.

Our site is on one.com servers but they dont offer static IP so then I think this might be an issue even if you find the one we are on right now 46.30.212.186

I could not find your IP in our blacklist. Maybe something on your end?

No I dont think we can send this error msg and I have tested from both my lan home, work and smartphone via 4G.
So it must be your blacklist that course this as I got this msg inside WP admin of your add-on page.
