Address Book Fields can’t input

    After selecting Add New Address in Address Book option, all of the address fields was cleared but can’t type or input in these fields.

    Hi, I’m not able to register for your site so I can’t test it out specifically.

    Are you getting any javascript errors when it changes the select? My first guess is the UI Block isn’t getting removed properly from some kind of javascript error from something else on the site.

    Closing this due to no reply. We also have released version 2.0.0 which has re-done the UI Block functionality which might fix your issue if you are still having it.

    Feel free to follow up if you are still having any issues.
