I cant find a way to change the text color in the address bubble. Mine is white and doesn’t show up unless you select it.

You need to tweak some CSS. Are you able to provide a link to the page where the map is?

Sure, here it is:

The map is at the bottom. If you click on the red balloon the white box comes up but you cant read the info in it unless you select the area inside.
