    Hi, my test emails are working but WooCommerce transactional emails are not working. I get the following error when an order received email is sent:

    “Address not found

    Your message wasn’t delivered to [email protected] because the address couldn’t be found, or is unable to receive mail.

    The response from the remote server was:

    550 5.5.0 Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable (S2017062302). [CY4PEPF0000EE38.namprd03.prod.outlook.com 2024-07-16T20:55:23.253Z 08DCA4E36B5F4C1D]

    I am using google workspace smtp. They were working fine up until recently. Please help.

    The error message indicates an issue with the recipient’s email address. Please verify that the email address causing the error is indeed the correct customer email address. You can use a tool like this to confirm if the address is valid.

    In most cases, it is possible that your customer may have entered their email address incorrectly when registering, or it is possible that you may have received a spam submission.

    For added security, we suggest you enable spam protection on your web forms, such as user registration and contact forms. For more information, please refer to this guide.

    Hi Darshana,

    I am getting this error message on every woocommerce email including order received, account created etc. I have tested this using my own email addresses and i get the same error. Kindly help.
