Hello Chris,
That’s strange.
WooCommerce DYMO Print uses the default address format from WooCommerce. It does not format the address, but just “graps” it from WooCommerce.
It is possible that WooCommerce has reformatted the address for your locality.
Unfortunately there is no option to change this with the FREE plugin.
Best regards,
Bart
@hinsleymcgraw I’m having the same issue – did you solve this?

Hello @maggifreddy
We’re currently investigating this issue.
The difficult part is that we cannot replicate the issue.
It looks like WooCommerce has reformatted the address for some localities, but we cannot find out why this happens.
What locality do you use on your WordPress installation?
Best regards,
Bart
I’m sorry but what do you mean by locality?

Hello all,
We’ve figured it out.
When DYMO Connect (DCD) the address format was “scrambled”.
Fortunately, the DYMO company has released an update. We have adjusted our scripts for this. From WooCommerce DYMO Print version 3.0.0. support for DYMO Connect has been added.
Please update to WooCommerce DYMO Print version 3.0.0. and the problem should be solved.
Could you please let me know if that solves the issue?
Best regards,
Bart
Now it refuses to print anything at all

Hello @maggifreddy
Sorry to hear you’re experiencing any issues.
Please make sure you’ve installed DYMO Connect version 1.2 from https://www.dymo.com/en-GB/online-support/dymo-user-guides
After that restart your computer.
Follow steps below to refresh your browser cache.
- Go to Google.com or any other website other than yours.
- Go to your browser settings
- Clear your whole browser history
- Close your browser
- Open your browser again
- Move to your website and login to WordPress
- Go to the DYMO Settings page
- Use CTRL + F5 (Windows) or CMD + R (Mac) to hard refresh page cache
- You might need to repeat the last step on every page DYMO is running (for example the order overview page)
If this does not work please tell me the following information:
- WordPress version
- WooCommerce version
- WooCommerce DYMO Print version
- DYMO Connect version
- Do you see any errors during printing?
Best regards,
Bart
