1. I can see the AddToCart event working.
2. It looks like you’ve added one or more events yourself. Please remove them, because they are not necessary and they can create problems. The plugin adds all the events automatically.
3. In order for Dynamic Ads to work you will need a Product Catalog with all the products. Until then you will see that warning message saying that the product can’t be matched.

For the AddToCart event to work you should click on the add to cart button. It works for me, so I guess it does for you too.
Implementing a Dynamic Ads campaign should be pretty easy, you will see.
