adjust decimal

I want to install the plugin on a site where only bitcoin is accepted as a payment method. the problem that the numbers after the decimal point are only 2! in bitcoin these are 8 decimal numbers! Is there somehow the possibility to increase decimal numbers to 8?
You can change the currency and symbol of the currency, but unfortunately you cannot pay after the decimal point! Maybe this would be possible via an add-on or update!
