Well, I couldn’t figure this out so I just resized all my logos to fit inside the 150 width….

you still have to tweak the size of the logo via CSS. Depends from theme to theme, but in this thread there is some example code.

did you try uplaod another new logo to a new job listing? there it should work. Also check the setting of media and regenerate your thumbnails
