Adjusting discount by admin

    Hello
    Still looking a plugin for the following task.
    I use woocommerce only for manual order’s creating from admin’s page.
    So I need to make a discount for definite customer (f.e. 6%).
    It must works so:
    1.I fulfill the order with items for the customer.
    2.I print the invoice with his special prices using PDF Invoice and Packing slips plugin.
    Is it possible?
    Can I apply it to existing order?
