Adjusting Thumbnail Size

I would like the images in the gallery to be a LOT smaller than they are. I have the thumbnail size set to 150 x 150, but it makes no difference in the size of the images. I have tried just about every setting I can think of, but no change in the size. What should I do?
Ideally, I would also like each image to link to its product page, but I don’t see where to do this.

First, for the thumbnail size, kindly go to the Edit page of that particular gallery then scroll down to the “Custom CSS” text area and add the following CSS as it is to ensure that the thumbnail size is fixed at 150*150px:
#foogallery-gallery-55843 .fg-image-wrap {
width: 150px;
height: 150px;
}
#foogallery-gallery-55843 .fg-image {
width: 100%;
height: 100%;
object-fit: cover;
