Admin Access Permission Problem

    Hi

    I have an issue with admin not having enough permission to access admin functions. Nothing has been changed. I checked the wp_usermeta table and noticed that the ‘role’ for admin was that of a user group. I changed this to Admin, then um_admin but this didn’t resolve the problem. Level 10 is set and capabilities are a:1:{s:13:”administrator”;s:1:”1″;} plus some other stuff. Please can someone help me with this.
    Latest version of WordPress and UMember as of 17/09/2018.

    Hi @marke13,

    Do you have any other membership plugins or role editing plugins installed?
    What admin user roles do you have in Ultimate member -> User roles section?
    Have you tried to create a new user role and give it admin capabilities?

    Hi

    No I don’t. I don’t have any admin user roles in Ultimate Member. I cannot create another user because I do not have permission. I manually created one in the database but still don’t have admin access which is strange.
