Howdy @ahmedhossain,
Sorry to hear you’re having issues.
My first thought was to check the validity of your SSL certificate. I checked using the following link and everything looks okay:
https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html?hostname=digitalmallbd.com
I get a completely secure connection when visiting your WP Admin login page.
Do you see this error in all browsers?
Is there a chance that you’re running a local development environment that is using the same domain name?
Hi Eric!
Thanks for your quick response and feedback. My SSL certificate is fully okay. Actually, while I input my username and password and click Login. Then this problem appears.
I also checked everything as primary. But nothing is solved. I look forward hearing from you.
Thanks,
Ahmed

Hey t-p,
Sounds good! I have done everything that you’ve mentioned in the links. But the problem isn’t solved. That’s why I am confused and shared the problem here after 4-5 days later. Within those days I have done every single step and try to solve that issue. But sorry to say I am failed. π
Is there any other way, please?
Regards,
Ahmed
Isn’t there any answer to resolve the above issue? Till now it’s occurring.
Howdy @ahmedhossain,
Sorry for the delay in reply.
Here’s what I would personally do next:
1. Make sure there’s nothing extra in your .htaccess file. In fact, you could backup and rename your .htaccess file for testing. It’s always possible that there’s a rule in .htaccess that’s causing issues.
2. Seek help from your host. Most hosts should be able to help you troubleshoot an issue like this.
If, in fact, you’re seeing this error because of mixed content issues, I’d expect a test for mixed content to fail, but it didn’t:

… but these show no problems.
The whynopadlock.com results say that your server is forcing SSL. I have seen some odd issues with some sites where more than one thing are trying to redirect a URL at the same time. Again, I’d look first in .htaccess for a rule that is causing this.
I hope that helps!
Also, I didn’t see an answer from you to these questions, @ahmedhossain:
Do you see this error in all browsers?
Is there a chance that youβre running a local development environment that is using the same domain name?
Hi Eric,
Yes, I see that problem in all browsers.
No, I didn’t have chance that I am running a local development environment using my same domain name.
That’s why I am confused and couldn’t findout the actual problem.
Thanks!
Got it. Let me know after you try these things.
Sorry, Eric!
Everything has done according to you. But not resolved. π
Is there any way to Downgrade my WordPress version?
I’m kind of running out of ideas here.
Has it always been like this, or did this just happen after an upgrade?
Is there any way to Downgrade my WordPress version?
You could certainly try downloading an older version and replacing all of your core WP files. I’d be more inclined to remove all of your existing WP files and replace with a completely fresh copy of the current version of WP.
I’d also switch to a default theme (or temporarily remove all but a default theme), temporarily remove all plugins, and backup or rename my .htaccess file.
Then, I’d try to log in and, if you still get this error, you should probably seek help from your host. Can your host help? If they can’t troubleshoot it, can they restore from an older backup?
Thanks, Eric! I’ll try and will inform you. Thanks once again. Have a great day!
