    What you can do is import all your posts start a new blog and host your site there . In uk such frauds are increasing . You should complain the court .

    Yes, I think you are correct and the court is my only option.

    I wouldn’t have a clue how to import my posts, unless you mean copy them and how would I get the rest of my pages and pictures?

    Just to update you.

    I obtained judgement against Chris Carrier, of Chunky Monkey Media in the Small Claims Court. Chris Carrier is now in hiding and will not pay. Not only a liar and a cheat but a coward too.
