    Hello, I have installed this plugin and now I cannot log in with my wordpress admin account. It gives me this error: ERROR: Your session was blocked with the WP Activity Log plugin because there is already another user logged in with the same username. Please contact the site administrator for more information.

    I have checked and I am not logged in to another browser.

    It is very urgent to solve it.

    Hello @davasda

    I am sorry to read about your issue and sorry for the late response. The offices were closed during the festive season and we are now replying to all emails and support tickets.

    In regards to your issue, it seems like you have enabled user session management features and you had more sessions than there were allowed. Since this is a premium feature, we cannot support you here. Can you please email us at [email protected]?
