Admin Additional Information and hours doesn’t work

Hi, when I try to make a new location and make clik on additional information and houers, i missing the fields to input the data.
I’ve already updated the plugin and the wordpress version at the lastest.

I trying disabling all the plugins but doesn’t work to.
