    Hi, I’m getting this crazy long admin-ajax that’s providing a 403 from this plugin, see here – http://prnt.sc/11ajpyj

    any suggestions on fixing it? could it be to do with wprocket cache?

    Hello,

    That’s a common issue with some caching plugins that aggressively cache page content, since you’re using WP Rocket I suggest setting the Clear Cache Lifespan to 10 hours or less to solve the issue. (see screenshot here)
