Admin API access token issue

tis code not working in the sence of getting “Admin API access token” code as :curl -X POST https://*YOUR-STORE*.myshopify.com/admin/oauth/access_token -H Content-Type:application/x-www-form-urlencoded -d grant_type=client_credentials -d client_id=*YOUR_CLIENT_ID *-d client_secret=*YOUR_CLIENT_SECRET*

after processing show this massage as : The system cannot find the file specified. so help me , i waiting for  this improvement is scheduled to be available as soon as possible.
