    Hello,

    Is their a way to when people register on a website with the membership plugin that before their account is active it requieres admin approval. Basically when someone registers that would send an email to the admin to approve the account and make it active.

    Any ideas?

    Hi @jo13sue,

    I hope you’re well today! 🙂

    If you intend to use a totally manual registration/subscription process, you could simply give users a simply subscription by default, one that gives them very restrictive access.

    Then when the admin receives the emails that a user has registered, he can go in and add a member level to the user at Membership > Members.

    Would that work for you?
