    I had the free version installed with no problems. I purchased the upgraded version and deactivated and deleted the free version before adding the premium one.

    Now the backend doesn’t work. I get everything in plain text and any “save” icons are just spinning. No graphics at all.

    I deactivated just about every single plugin on the site and it still didn’t fix it. I have another site with the premium version installed and it works great. I figured maybe the theme. So I installed the same theme as my other website and it’s working perfect.

    Very odd that I install on both sites and 1 works and the other does not.

    Thanks Mike for reporting, and thank you for already having tried out a few steps (however it’s ok if you raise a ticket here as soon as you face issues, then you don’t spend too much time, we’re happy to help).

    We recently had a few of those cases with sites which are on https (or recently switched to https). Is that so in your case? Could you please check if you changed the urls to https?

    We’ll also release a new plugin version which should have this fixed on Monday. Sorry for the hassle!

    Both the sites are https actually.

    BUT ….. I did notice in the “general settings” tab for wordpress that the one site with the issue had the url at only http and not the https like the other site.

    Once I set the URL to the https it works like a charm.
