Admin backend Nginx 504 Gateway Time-out errors

Hi support, for a while we have increasingly struggled to access and use the admin backend https://cleantalk.org/my/ . It returns a Nginx server 504 Gateway Time-out error. This is particularly true for the security plugin admin. Occasionally we get into other parts, but not been able to get into this part for a while. Do you have any time frame for making improvements or is it a case of starting to look for an alternative?

Hi, thank you for getting back. Still does not seem to be any different. Still not been able to get into https://cleantalk.org/my?cp_mode=security . The admin is generally bad, even on a good day it is unproductive to work with. Is this on your radar, is the servers going to get beefed up any time soon?

I’ve checked Security dashboard https://cleantalk.org/my?cp_mode=security and it’s working at the moment.

Why is this then? is it something to do with our login and the servers we are routed to? Or something about our data which is causing the server to time out?

Maybe if you log into an empty account, all is fine. It you log into an account with lots of records you get a timeout?
