I’m sorry about this issue with Hummingbird.
I’ve tested on my site and I wasn’t able to replicate this issue. I have admin bar present on the pages.
This could be conflict of the new version with another plugin on your site.
Can you run plugin conflict test to confirm that?
To perform a conflict test please follow the steps from the flowchart:

If you have access to a staging site it is better to perform that test there (if there is no staging, make sure to make a backup of your site before doing any changes).
