Admin bar not working

    I am running WordPress 4.7.5 running Twenty Twelve theme.
    The top admin bar is visible, though when used brings up a blank page with ‘Not available.’
    This renders the admin bar useless, and to edit pages or add pages I have to access dashboard.
    Note, I tried deactivated all plugins and problem persisted.
