I have the same problem.
I was suddenly blocked out of my WordPress admin, and my customer was blocked too.
I was able to disable Wordfence via FTP by renaming the plugin folder, then I could access the site again and reinstall/reactivate Wordfence.
But now my customer is still blocked, and the Wordfence > Firewall > Blocking page is not loading properly, so I can’t remove their blocked IP from the interface.
Several Wordfence admin pages are partially blank or keep loading indefinitely after the latest update.
Is there another way to manually remove the blocked IP, or is this related to the latest Wordfence update / OPcache issue?
Thanks.
