I have this plugin installed on 2 sites. In one the layout resembles your screenshots and works smoothly, whereas in the other it’s slightly broken and slow. I was wondering this might be a bootstrap conflict in Admin dashboard. If yes, how can it be disabled?

Ticket fixed by email.
Problem turned out to be a theme conflict.
