Admin Calendar View Posting

    Hi,
    After a recent Events update I lost the function to be
    able to easily click on a day when in calendar view and
    start a new post for that day.
    IE: Need to post on 3/1 just click on 3/1 and a quick post
    box opened and you started the post there.

    This was very important to us because we have multiple events
    occurring each and every day. Keeping it all straight and correct
    was a breeze with Events plugin because we could do all our posting
    in calendar view.

    Why was this taken away and how can I get it back.
