• I have a BuddyPress and Product Vendors installed and the admin user has multiple roles. After installing the plugin, I wanted to access the settings page but unable to do so. Below is the error.

Reason: The current user doesn’t have the “Invite Anyone Settings” capability that is required to access the “BuddyPress Invitations → Invite Anyone Settings” menu item.

Seems like no way for me to access the settings page.

Any user with the capability 'manage_options' should be able to access the page. Depending what you mean by “the admin user has multiple roles”, you could be using a plugin that for some reason removes that capability from the admin user.

Are you using a plugin that modifies the built-in user roles?

Are you able to edit other settings, like the ones at Dashboard > Settings > Reading?

    Hi Boone,

Sorry for the late reply. I am using User Role Editor Plugin. Have double-checked and ‘manage_options’ is checked. Also, I can access the Settings > Reading. The account I am using is the ‘admin’ account.
