Admin Can’t View Closed Ticket

    Can Admin (in Admin/Dashboard Area) view the “closed status” ticket?

    Then, Can Admin Closed the Ticket?
    I try the plugin, the one who can closed ticket is customer.

    Hi:

    Admin can view closed tickets. Just make sure you select CLOSED in the drop down filter. And if the ticket is not the admin’s you probably want to turn on “view all tickets” flag in TICKETS->SETTINGS->ADVANCED for admins.
