Is there a possible way to make it so that the Admin can change a users password without using the forgot password shortcodes. I ask because my website is being masked so the urls are different than the websites url. Therefore the Email url and confirm forgot password pages get messed up in the email that is sent to the user to reset their password.

    Hi dgraves,

There is no option to do this. Currently the only ways to change a user password are to either use the page with the account-details shortcode on it (if a user is currently logged in to their account) or to use the forgot password functionality.

The email that gets sent out for the forgotten password gives both a direct link to the password reset page and also a link that a person can go to and then input the code given to them in the email. If you have masked URLs, perhaps you could try setting a redirect so that the masked URL forwards to the true URL for the password reset page, and then there the user could just enter the code they received in the email.

Okay thank you! Would be great if the admin could change the passwords, so if that could be added to suggestion list that would be great.
