Admin CP Errors in WP

Hey there everyone,

Ok I fineally got a website using wp Ah ok thanks huni!

But theres one or to problems

The first one are theses…

And the second is this….
I don’t have any permissions to edit or change anything
to do with the site nor edit my admin account. However I can change the theme and such but not change it so people can see it. Hope that makes sense :s
